Not your standard subdivision new build, this large family home overlooks rolling hills and greenery. A palette of natural tones, timber, concrete and brushed finishes mimics the surrounding landscape to create a tranquil and relaxing environment.
“ When we built our new house, we were terrified at having to make decisions on colours, layout and the overall look and feel. We reached out to Tate really early in the process and it was wonderful from the get go. They looked over the plans and provided really practical ideas and refinements. They took the time to get to know us, understand how we live and what would work for us. We laughed a lot. Once the house was built and we were into the colours and look and feel stage, Tate would always give choices, but not too many! And this was one of the things we loved – we would spend hours looking on our own and just get overwhelmed. Because Tania had taken the time to get to know us, she was able to constantly provide a few ideas that she knew we’d like and we could select from there. And the results are spectacular. We are definitely living in our dream house and every day we get up and look around, just full of joy at what’s been created. We know we couldn’t have done it without Tania and Kate. And most importantly, they’re fun to work with. ”
