For Kate and Tania, interior design has been a labour of love. One born of a passion for design, creativity, and a shared dream of running their own business.  Originally working in the commercial and medical fields, what started as a hobby soon grew into a flourishing business and lifelong desire to bring timeless, contemporary design to the homes, lives, and commercial spaces of their clients.

Today, through Tate Design, they run one of Wellington’s leading interior design studios, providing a bespoke service that shapes the design process into an exciting, shared journey. They are throughout the Wellington region, covering areas from Karori, Kelburn, Lower Hutt, Seatoun, Whitby, the Kapiti Coast and more.
